The homestay has bricked walls and earthen tiled roofs which are akin to the traditional structure of houses in the area. To further immerse yourself into the Kodavu lifestyle, the homestay also provides delicious home cooked meals.The homestay has a total of 4 rooms and the rooms fall under two categories which are a Spacious Room and Family Room. The rooms have been decorated in a simple and cozy fashion and the interiors and surroundings are sure to make you feel at ease instantly. The property also offers several recreational activities and adventure activities for entertainment, as well as bonfire nights.

In order to get to Chetty’s Homestay you can take a bus to Virajpet which is 17 km away, Siddapura which is 19 km away or to Gonikoppal Bus Stand which is 20 km away. The Mysore Railway Station is 113 km away and the Kannu Railway Station which is 175 km away are your options if you are travelling via train. If you are planning on taking a flight, the Mangalore International Airport is 284 km away and the Bangalore International Airport is 282 km away.

The homestay offers two room categories namely, Spacious Room and Family Room. The rooms have all been decorated to keep with the vibe of the place which spells comfort and traditional. The homestay provides for housekeeping, a dining room, and recreational activities. The dining room overlooks the landscape outside and one can enjoy digging into some authentic Kodava delicacies with some beautiful views.

There are several recreational activities for guests to choose from. Guests can enjoy a bonfire night with food and drinks or have a barbeque. Arrangements can also be made for camping and trekking as well as river rafting. Guests can also enjoy going to the lake for fishing or for a picnic or go on a jeep drive through the estate. In addition guests can enjoy a game of basketball and other indoor games at the estate.
