Manchising
Under this model, the hotel operates under one of our in-house brands while the owner manages day-to-day operations.
We provide operational leadership - assigning an Area General Manager for overseeing operations at your hotel. Revenue management and online distribution are centrally handled by THV, ensuring optimal performance. The owner pays a brand royalty and distribution fee for the channels we manage, while the rest of the P&L remains with the ownership.
Management Contract
We not only license one of our in-house or Accor's licensed brands to the hotel owners but also take charge of daily operations on behalf of ownership.
It includes managing daily operations, staff management, guest services, and inventory distribution. Together, we set a projected P&L, which we work to achieve. The ownership pays a percentage of the hotel's revenue and profits as a management fee, while the remaining P&L stays with them.
Revenue Share
For a truly hands-off approach, we take full control of the hotel's operations and sales.
The owner receives a predetermined percentage of the hotel's rooms & F&B revenue without day-to-day management responsibilities or P&L risk. After that revenue share, the remaining P&L belongs to us.
