Parijatham Homestay has Standard Rooms and Deluxe Rooms. The Deluxe Rooms in the in the Villa opens out to a view of the sandy beaches of Arabian Sea. The homestay has a total of 5 rooms which can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests. Every room in the homestay comes with a host of amenities including fire safety, housekeeping services, and in-house laundry service.

Himalayan Homestay has two room types i.e. Single Room and Standard Room. The property has 4 rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests. Every room comes with a balcony or wide windows which come with a splendid view of the quaint town of Dharamshala and the surrounding mountain ranges.

One can view the sun rising or setting over the Arabian sea from the room. The homestay offers in-house laundry service, thorough cleaning and housekeeping, and fire safety. All the rooms come with a Continental Meal Plan which includes a complimentary breakfast.
